Working towards strong, stable, happy feet can transform foot and toe pain, start the road to recovery with stubborn plantar fasciitis, knee pain, hip pain and low back pain too.

It can improve your balance too, and give you more confidence with movement.

Waking up the receptors and nerves in your feet and improving circulation by getting little movements going can be really helpful with peripheral neuropathy too.
